With indomitable eyes death will rock me
Loud silence like a stone will shelter me
It will fish me out of this sea of life
Being kind to my sorrows and strife
In every ear will be bumps of wander
Do not think it will mock me with thunder
In the heart of the sod and night or the other
Not my spirit but the dust will be my brother
An eagle rescuing the fish from drowning
The waves burning underneath, pretending
Im all sure stories about me will trend
Do not cry and then lock me to the ground
All the goodies ive made of earth will be forgotten
Theyll be burried deep with my bones and pain
Time will tell how much you will miss me
Dont worry, my spirit from you will never flee
When to the grave my corpse will be carried
Meaners lament not for the time weve had
Ill be roaming on the cumulus clouds
Gossip and tell whispers about my deeds
Ill be watching you from the other curtain
Ill regret a pond of tears upon seeing an ocean
Of those who never cared when I was alone
Allow them not, those with reptile faces and chameleon steps
"Ashes to ashes, dust to dust"
Let not the Pastor coax my whereabout
Hell or heaven Ive proven already on earth
It will change nothing, hope that Ill be safe
Take my phone and say thanks for being there
To all my friends from here and there
Dont post me and say you loved my care
Build my grave with shelves, plaster it with pages and paint it with my ink
So that I may Carry this poetry to heaven
Love me now when Im still fresh
Not when Ill be tenanted with death
